By placing an order through our website , you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure that both parties understand and agree to the conditions of our service, protecting mutual interests and setting clear expectations.

1.1 Stock Availability

AGRICARE PLANET FZ-LLC strives to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. However, occasional discrepancies may prevent us from fulfilling your entire order. In such cases, we will ship the available items and contact you to determine whether you prefer to wait for the back-ordered item to become available or to receive a refund.

2.1 Calculation and Payment

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The shipping fee will be collected with your purchase and will be the final amount charged for shipping.

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

AGRICARE PLANET FZ-LLC accepts returns if you change your mind, provided you request the return within 7 days of receiving the item. The items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and you must arrange the return shipping yourself.

After receiving and approving the returned items, we will issue a refund as store credit for future purchases. You will receive an email notification once the store credit is processed. Please note that we will only refund the value of the returned goods and not any shipping costs.

3.2 Warranty Returns

AGRICARE PLANET FZ-LLC honors valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receiving the item. Customers must pre-pay return shipping costs, but these will be reimbursed upon successful validation of the warranty claim. We will process the warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you can choose from the following options:

(a) A refund to your original payment method

(b) Store credit

(c) A replacement item (if available)

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments generally take between 2 and 15 days to arrive.

4.2 International Transit Time

International shipments typically take between 4 and 22 days. A more precise estimate will be provided when you select your courier during checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We take steps to minimize delays during holidays.

5.1 Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment based on updates from the shipping provider.

6.1 Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please reach out to us for further instructions.

7.1 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes will be prepaid, and no additional fees will be required from you upon arrival in the destination country.

8.1 Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we can process the cancellation. Once the order is dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions.

9.1 Coverage for Damaged Parcels

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

For parcels lost in transit, refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes their investigation and confirms the parcel is lost.
