Returns

1.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

Agricare Planet gladly accepts returns if you change your mind, provided that the return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you will need to arrange the shipping independently.

Once we receive and approve the returned items, we will issue a refund as store credit for future purchases. You will be notified via email once the store credit has been processed. Please note that while we refund the value of the returned goods, we do not refund any shipping costs incurred.

1.2 Warranty Returns

Agricare Planet is committed to honoring valid warranty claims if they are submitted within 90 days of receiving the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs initially but will be reimbursed upon successful validation of the warranty claim. After we receive the returned item, we will process the warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will have the option to choose one of the following:

(a) A refund to your original payment method

(b) A refund as store credit

(c) A replacement item (subject to stock availability)

2.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments typically take between 2 and 15 days to arrive.

2.2 International Transit Time

International shipments generally take between 4 and 22 days to reach their destination. A more precise estimate will be available when you select your courier during checkout.

2.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. During holidays, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.

2.4 Address Changes

Domestic shipments typically take between 2 and 15 days to arrive.

2.5 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

AGRICARE PLANET FZ-LLC ships to P.O. box addresses exclusively via postal services. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

2.6 Shipping to Military Addresses

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service via courier.

2.7 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until the item becomes available. Existing items in the order will be reserved during this period.

2.8 Exceeded Delivery Time

If your delivery exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
